This is the environment we all want to save, as soon as someone shows us how beautiful it is. So show us! We want to see your best landscape photography, from melting glaciers to steaming geysers, and mossy forests to sandy shores. Instead of stacking up your carbon emissions, feel free to show us your breathtaking home turf. The criterion here is gorgeousness, not remoteness.
The agricultural revolution created a new environment, and the revolution lives! We want to see farms, farmers, farm animals, produce and waste (the good and the bad), from corporate farms to family farms, subsistence farms to city farms, and beef farms to fish farms. Related subjects are also welcome, from genetically engineed crops to migratory refrigerator trucks. Show us the dirt!
Another revolution, another environment. We want to see the works, from furnaces to cooling towers, and products to byproducts. No industries are off limits, so don't overlook those whose products are intangible (because their byproducts probably are not intangible). The product of the medical industry is health, but the byproducts are medical waste and resistant diseases!
Show us your street photos! We want to see people in public places, from crowds to queues, commuters to buskers, vendors to eaters, and speakers to protesters. These photographs should be part portrait and part environment.
